Meditate at Macbeach

Free with admissionA free instructor-facilitated meditation group in nature. Connect with nature to relax, get centered, improve your sense of calm and peace. Will include both quiet and guided meditation practices. No experience necessary. All levels welcome. Bring your own mat, towel or chair and water. Each session lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. The group meets out on the beach (about a 1/2 mile walk from the parking lot), so make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early to have time to walk out to meet us.
