Professional Development Opportunities

Friends of MacArthur Beach State Park provides in-service opportunities for teachers throughout the year; these activities meet The Next Generation Sunshine State Standards and provide for in-service points. All workshops are free of charge. These workshops are open to anyone looking to enhance their programs for students formal K-12 classroom instruction, non-formal teaching, and summer camp programs emphasizing the environment.
